Check out the details of the sales person who is selling you securities. One way to see the things is that check the email address through which you are sent the emails. It is hardly difficult to see that what suffix the email is sent from. For example if the company name is example then the email address would be something like salesperson@xyz[dot]com instead of some usual email service used by the email sender. Also check out the license of the person who is selling you the securities. That would ensure that the person has the authority to sell the securities to you or not.

Whenever you are given an offer that sounds too good then you should be alerted on that. There is no such thing as free lunch. This in fact is the case here. If you remember this rule of thumb, then you will always have doubts on things that go beyond ordinary returns.

Some of the other important indications that must raise your caution towards any offer may include.

A guarantee to have some sure amount out of the investment you made in the stock exchange. There are no guarantees given even by the expert stock brokers. There are always some probabilities of this or that happening to your investment. Therefore never fall for these for sure investment returns. As there exist no such thing.

On of the other WMDs of the scammer is the use of highly attractive websites for attracting new people. This is surely one of the poorest thing people get trapped into. You should know that there software out there that even kids can make a website on with all the glittering and shining in it. Therefore you shouldn’t be impressed by that at all.

A very common way of trapping people is to tell them that there is a very hot deal waiting in the pipeline and the email sender (scammer) just lacks few hundred dollars to complete this deal. If you will give him the money right now, he will share a good amount of for sure profit. This yet again is a very common way of trapping people and sadly yet successful too. Never get pressurized by any such deal from any sender.

Lastly never send any of your private information to the scammer not even your personal numbers or contact details. Who knows the scammer might be more then just a scammer.
